In an effort to easier facilitate the new member and renewal process of our chapter membership, we created a PDF document that can be filled out on the computer and printed. The membership and email boxes at the top of the form are check boxes. Just click and a check mark will show up. The rest of the black lines are fill in areas. All you have to do is tab to each box and type in your information. Forms are also available at Perry's Harley-Davidson, and dues may also be paid at Perry's.  Yearly dues are $20 per person, and you must be a National HOG member to join the local Chapter.
